At She Thrives Marketing, all of our services are custom-built for your business. Because of this, we do not offer refunds on completed or in-progress projects
1. Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a project has begun, as time and strategy are immediately invested.
2. Cancellation
If you need to cancel a project before work begins, we ask for written notice at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future service.
3. Rescheduling
If a call, strategy session, or design review needs to be rescheduled, please notify us 24 hours in advance. No-shows may result in forfeited sessions.
4. Quality Guarantee
We stand by our work and aim to provide designs and strategies that help your business thrive. If you’re ever unsatisfied, let’s talk it out—we’re committed to finding a solution.
